63 articles covering everything that happened to the Orioles this spring training

This blog is going to be a little different from what it was last season. I have started writing for Fansided’s Baltimore Orioles site, Birds Watcher, in exchange for currency, which is new for me.

I figured I would split my time between that site and this one, but it’s been difficult to find time to do both. I don’t want to let this blog collect cobwebs, so I figured I would share some links to my writing on Birds Watcher here.

The articles I write for Birds Watcher are a little different than what I’ve typically put out on The Dishwasher. Instead of weekly long-form, first-person rambling blogs that range from 5,000 – 10,000 words, my Birds Watcher articles come out 2-3 times a day, are more concise, quick hitters of about 400-600 words at a time.

That doesn’t mean it’s not a lot of writing. I’ve been putting out 2-3 articles a day for the past month a half and in doing so I believe I wrote about every single thing that could have been written about this spring training and even some things that didn’t need to be written about.

Here are the highlights (I’m going to be doing it in categories instead of chronologically so if a headline seems out of date check the date when it was published!)

Bullpen complaining

One of my main concerns this spring training has been the state of the bullpen which to my eye’s could be a big problem. I wrote about it several times.

Hyping up the boys
